I’m so excited to share this photo session with you!
Lauren’s mom reached out to me about doing senior portraits for her daughter and I’m SO glad she did! Senior shoots in a studio are not something I have done a ton of, so this was so fun to get to branch, try new things, and flex my creativity muscles! I am so honored that this sweet family trusted me to do this awesome shoot! We had the best time!
The Lumen Room
Our Session was at the Lumen Room in Dallas and after shooting there once, I am hooked! The lighting was gorgeous and the furniture and props were so much fun! I can’t wait to shoot there again!
At the end of every portrait session I say “I’ve got everything from my list, but are there any other special shots that you’d like me to take?” When I shot this sweet girl’s senior portraits, I asked that question and she said “could we take a few twirling pictures?” How could I have forgotten?! I always have all my little girls in family sessions twirl, and even my mommas too! In the midst of taking gorgeous and sophisticated senior portraits, I had totally forgotten! But I’m so glad that she asked because, of course, they turned out to be my favorite images from the session!
